Be sure to include your name, address, phone, and email on a note inside the box.  An original sales receipt is required for any warranty fulfillment. We will acknowledge receipt of your return by email and evaluate the item for repair or replacement.  We will return the repaired or replaced item to you.  This warranty does not cover installation or service of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling: such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration: all plastic and metal surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use: products that have had the serial number, copyright, or date removed or made illegible.  This warranty does not cover indirect, incidental , special or consequential damages such as physical injuries or property damage, loss of time, loss of use of motorcycle, inconvenience, rental vehicle charges, towing charges or other costs.
